On November 20, 2015, Synertone and the world-renowned satellite broadband communication company Gilat signed the Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation and the Agreement of Gateway Station Upgrade Transformation Technology Introduction Agreement. Zhou Qingqing, President of Synertone, signed the Memorandum and Technology Introduction Agreement with Yossi Gal, Sales& Operation Vice President of Gilat. This moment was witnessed by Han Weining (CEO of Synertone), GaiBerkovich (COO of Gilat), Chen Qingyun (Vice Director of Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Council), Shi Xingzhong (Chief of Luohu District Science and Technology Bureau), and leaders of China Telecom Satellite Communications Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement, Synertone will combine its proprietary products and technologies with Gilat's industry-leading gateway station and VSAT technologies to expand the capacity of the "Synertone 1" broadband satellite system and provide the world's fastest satellite remote station for users. Meanwhile, Synertone will rely on the hardware innovation and manufacturing capability of the "global hardware city" Shenzhen and its own abundant technology accumulation in the satellite industry to enter into in-depth cooperation with Gilat in the high-end manufacturing industry. After this, both parties will enter into a further technological cooperation, that is, establish a joint venture to develop the next-generation leading satellite communication products.

GaiBerkovich, COO of Gilat, said, as the high-throughput satellites, airborne communication, broadband access in remote areas, and end-to-end services are explored, the growing Chinese market will become Gilat's strategic support.
