1. Develop and implement project plan, be responsible of project tracking, accomplishment and product quality. 

2. Coordinate and consolidate project information, submit project on-going report every week. 

3. Organize project review meeting and submit the analysis report. 

4. Develop and implement rulse, systems and procedures of project development. 

5. Optimize the project management procedures and improve efficiency.
